At KCRE we understand that no two projects are the same. This is why we don’t have a standard approach towards every project. Having said that, the basic principle in all our sales underwriting transactions is that the Project Developer’s sales are assured within a given period.

Product

Operating in real estate space since the UAE market opening for Expats, we understand what product should be developed in each area of UAE and the right product mix. We help developers from identifying the right plot in the right location to providing a design brief to the consultants.

Design

Having been involved in early stages of development we understand the right elevation, layouts, amenities to be provided and the right unit mix for every community. The design must be made keeping in mind the community and surrounding developments. We balance out the aesthetics with business case ensuring maximum value is extracted from a project without compromising on the quality.

Sales

Leveraging on our network created over the last almost 20 years we are proud of the fact that we have achieved 100% success in any project that we have undertaken. Our network of agencies and real estate consultants is not limited to the UAE but is spread worldwide. We regularly organize roadshows in important cities globally to ensure maximum outreach.

Develop

Having achieved Sales in the given project we don’t just walk away from it. If the developer needs assistance with the process, we extend support in various aspects of development management. After handover of the project we also help with appointment of our sister owner association management as well as facility management entities.
